Custom or made-to-order items from our Amelie and Anders collections cannot be returned unless defective.

• Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.3 Delivery Issues

We offer a 15-day return policy from your delivery date for most items, except:

• All bathroom accessories (bath mats, bathroom bins, etc.)
• Custom or made-to-order items

4. Repack in original packaging with all tags
