Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy from your delivery date. Most of our furniture collections (sofas, chairs, storage units) can be returned, with some exceptions noted below.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All bathroom accessories (including bath mats and bathroom bins)
  • Custom or made-to-order items from our Amelie and Anders furniture collections

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
    • Product details and reason for return
    • Your preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Repack in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

Important Notes:
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error
– For exchanges, we cover standard shipping of the replacement item
– International customers: Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time:
    • 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards
    • 24-48 hours for PayPal
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged furniture (like a sofa with fabric flaws or storage unit with missing parts):

  2. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
  3. We may request return of the damaged item (we cover return shipping)
